  4. Have the scrum board auto set the sprint to reflect the current sprint by date

When using the scrum board you have to manually select a sprint from the available list. For a project with a long list of sprints this is quite tiresome and difficult to achieve.
Instead I would suggest making the sprint selection automatic based upon todays date and compared to a sprint's date range

  5. Static colors on dashboard

The bug status colors change if the number of bugs in any state change from 0 to >0 or vice versa. This is very odd.

Our Closed bugs normally show as Green. But, if we have no In Progress bugs, the colors shift and Closed becomes orange. Very disconcerting.

Colors should be static for each state.

  6. Text search within "add related bug" function

When searching for related bugs one cannot even search into the titles of bugs. This then requires a two step process to search for the right bug and then remember the number of the other bug in order to link it.

There is quick work-around, which is create a “Custom Field” of type “Releases” and then attach the custom field to the “Epics”.
To filter the “Epics” in releases, you can use “More Filters” and the Custom Field will appear there and you would be able to search the Epics linked to specific release.

In long term, we are evaluating the option again to see what kind of linking we can offer between Epic to Releases.
We will update this thread next week.

  8. Assign Epics from dropdown list on product backlog view

It would be fantastic if i on product quick view i could assign epic to a user story from a dropbown box. The same way size of a story can be assigned - there is a dropdown list which allows selecting values from XS to XXXL. However in order to assign epic i need to open each user story, assign epic there and press save. Even with 50 user stories it is lots of work :(

  9. make a right-click context menu

It would be great to have a right-click context menu, a la Google Docs, that allows you to:
    - Create a new task (when the user right-clicks on a space in the New or In Progress views of the Scrum Board)
    - Create a new user story (when the user right-clicks on the User Stories area of the Scrum Board)
    - Edit a user story's details (when the user right-clicks on a User Story)
    - Create a new bug (when the user right-clicks on the Issue Tracker board)

There are undoubtedly many more context menu options that could be added,…

    Thanks for this feedback.

We need to check the browser compatibility issues for this right click context menu. It has been in plan for a while, but we didn’t get time to look into it.

Now, we will investigate it quickly and if seems reasonable effort then will implement it soon.

  10. Can I sort the tasks within one User Stories?

I want to put important tasks to top of each User Stories so that my teammates could know which task is urgent and should be done first.
also, each task may have dependencies, Task A should be done first before start task B, so the order of tasks is also important. But now the task can be sorted only according to the task ID, therefore, if I insert a task later, it always appear at the bottom of a User Story.

  12. Auto add task with same name as user story

For simple user stories it would help if there were a faciltity to auto add a task with the same name as its parent user story.
You could add a check box to the new user story form that activates this this idea.

    Thanks for the feedback,

We plan to add functionality of template tasks, so users can define set of pre defined tasks that can be added to user story.

It is being planned now and we will get back to you soon with more details of it’s availability.

  13. Fold Accepted User Stories on the Scrum Board

Accepted user stories with many tasks take a lot of screen estate. If a story is done and has been accepted it would be nice to "fold" it to one line in the scrum board with the option to "unfold". This would make the scrum board easier to read and not so cluttered.

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback, we will discuss with our tech team and will update you about the release schedule of this feature.

It does seem that multiple clients are giving feedback about possibility of collapsing completed tasks/user stories, so we have increased priority of this feature.

Sorry for not correct update previously on this feedback. Here is latest information about this feature.

Currently it is possible to move user stories from one release to another or back to Product backlog through “Planning Board”. You can find planning board from Agile left menu.

We are going to offer multi select on “User Stories” view under search and filters.
You could select multiple user stories, delete them or move to another project.

We will discuss if we can offer possibility there to move set of user stories to Backlog, Sprint or release.

    Best Regards,
    Yodiz Support Team

  15. Resize the tasks on the scrum board to accommodate more in one view

It would be nice to see at least two tasks per row in the scrum board in each column and to minimize the size of the tasks. If you have alot of tasks in a user story, it is difficult to see all the tasks in one view. You might be able to show the task description abbreviated such as "Work on XYZ ...".

  16. Allow your solution to be easily converted for scrum and kanban in sales management

You just need to enable the configuration of the labels for various activities. Eg. 'bugs' can be 'opportunities' etc.

  17. daily stand-up report

What about a report, by developer, that he can use for his daily stand-up... for example...

    Effort spent per task.
Revised estimates (plus or minus) per task.
    Tasks added.

This can all be done by going through each task worked on but it would be easier in a "stand-up" report.

    Hi,

Looks good, we will analyze our current planned improvements in reporting, if this is not already covered then will definitely add it.

    Thanks for great feedback.

  18. Overview of user stories of all projects belonging to a user

As an administrator it would be convenient to know the workload of a user checking all the new and in-progress user stories of all projects assigned to him/her. I could think of an overview page showing all users with a metric ( like a progress bar ) of user stories showing three colors depending of the status ( yellow, blue, green ). Clicking a user it could display an overview of the user showing his/her projects and new and in-progress user stories ( possibly grouped by project )

I'd like to be able to create impediments for the current stories on the scrum board, so I can tell if there's something going wrong with the story.

  20. Burndown should stay flat on a day without update

If an effort estimate was not updated a given day, the burndown should stay flat that day. Currently it will make a direct line between the days with effort up update.
