Integrate to Harvest
We are using Harvest (http://www.getharvest.com/) for tracking working hours. Since the working hours are the basis of our billing (as for most of project companies), they need to be up-to-date.
As a result, the sprint task hours are not that well up-to-date. Syncing between the two systems might help - reporting the hours spent to Yodiz and auto-exporting them into Harvest would remove the need for double-bookkeeping.
Or alternatively, if one could easily see that there are some 15 hours in Harvest that have no explanation in Yodiz would raise some very valid questions that we might need…

Thanks for the feedback.
Along with other improvements we are working on releasing ZenDesk integration and after that we will definitely priortize integration with Harvet/tracking hours service. Will update status once we have planned the implementation.

Easier way to report your spent hours for multiple tasks
I keep on hearing from our UX developers (this is the second organization already) that they feel reporting hours to Yodiz tasks is too tedious. They keep on using Wunderlist and Harvester as an example.
What they want is a single tabular view of their task, and a possibility to distribute the hours of their working day between the tasks in one operation, and marking some of them complete. Even if it might be somewhat opposing the idea of task/scrum board itself (which I personally think is great!), it should be technically possible to show things their way, too.

Allow us to add in non-working days
I have seen that you have implemented an idea to not count weekends, but there is not a feature to say a specific one off day is not a working day. e.g. bank holidays in the UK, or even days that everybody is at a company day out.

Add facility to set priority in Release Board
At a release level it is common to want to categorize the scope by a number of business priorities like: mandatory, firm, contingent and optional

To Do List with custom item
To Do list on the home should allow the user to add personal notes which could be an idea which is not active in the spirit and could be suggested later.

color coding for user story tasks
When viewing the tasks of a user story, it is not readily apparent as to which tasks are complete and which tasks are pending. I would suggest changing the background of the tasks depending on the state it is in. It would also be helpful if they can be reordered by status.

Wiki page
Projects could have a wiki page with relevant infos about the projects.

Allow linking between tasks and user stories
Often different tasks are similar in some matter. It would be nice if you could make a fast link between them. For example let's say I want to link to task number 10, I could just say: see @TK-10 and it would generate a link to it.

create a pre-backlog-log
New userstories that appear in the backlog mess up the backlog organization. If they would appear rather in an unorganized pre-backlog (or whatever) then it would be easy to see which items have not yet been assigned a priority. Also the PO could move items that are in wrong spots in the backlog to the pre-backlog as she is prioritizing it and then re-prioritize the wrong ones.
Hard things like backlog prioritizing are done by "Divide and conquer". Please let me divide by implementing a pre-backlog.

Allow users to open the user story in the scrum view
Allow users to expand the user story description in the scrum view so it's easier to create tasks as currently you have to open the modal to view the user story. This means I have to either have two browsers open to create task when referring to the user story or cut and paste it into a text editor.

Allow users stories to span more than one sprint
Users stories can be assigned to a sprint, but not tasks. Sometimes one user story has 2 tasks, but only one gets done in the sprint. My only option is to move the entire user story to the next sprint (including the completed task), so I lose my statistics on velocity for work accomplished and velocity for the previous sprint.
The only good workaround is to build a user story for every single task and actually use Epics to group them together. But that just makes a task a pointless extra step.

Add a preview to attached images
Add the ability to preview or have an overlay of the image instead of taking you to a new browser window. This will assist in staying within context of whatever you're working on.

add the ability merge duplicate bugs or user stories
Have the ability to select several user stories, bugs, etc and merge them or have the ability to mark other user stories as duplicates and point to the one that will be used to track progress.

Integrate with others
Several of the requests listed here could be easily and elegantly solved with integrations with others... Like Eon for a desktop timer widget, as one example. Thank you!

allow tracking of activity outside of stories
I'm not sure what the solution to this is... here's the story (pun intended):
We'd like to be able to track non-Sprint, non-Story work. Here are the cases. Maintenance activities or non-feature based work... like "setup server," or "investigate Capistrano..." We've been splitting tasks like this between stories and bugs but neither really fit.

Enter a linked bug while viewing a TK or US
We link requirements and test plans into user stories and tasks. It would be very convenient to be able to add a linked BG while viewing a task or user story. Currently it requires a different window to add the BG and then a second step to search/link it from US or TK view.
