  2. Downloaded attachment file names should be the same as uploaded

    When I download the attachment, it is stored as 4070e7cc-1cfd-44e2-8915-3a1cefddbcc7.txt instead of JSONlog.txt

    Could you keep the originals, please?

  3. fix the "more info" links on the new project > priority settings page

    the more info links resolve to

    instead of

    note that how is spelled hoe in the first link

  4. Bug Issue "Bitbucket Integration Webhook" not posted in Yodiz.

    It's not really an idea. There is a bug between Bitbucket and Yodiz. Everytime we make a repo:push and added a Yodiz's notations in the commit message. The commits are not reflected in the Yodiz items. It was working for a while but not anymore.

  5. Requirements Management Feature

    It would be very helpful to add a Requirement Management feature to the site. Before dealing with Epics, Stories and tasks we have to gather, organize and translate the requirements. It would be great to have a feature that offer methods of keeping track of requirements, creating a work breakdown structure integrate it with the Gantt chart feature.

  6. Notify when data can't be saved.

    When an internet connection or server fails, give me SOME indication that data isn't saving.

    I've just spent the last 3 hours at a cafe organizing/prioritizing Yodiz for my team. Apparently the internet connection at this cafe required reauthorization after 1 hour. I wish your app had told me I was wasting the last two hours. (!)

    Please don't just keep up the appearance of adding items locally in the client; and then when my connection is restored add ONE new item for the last X number of user stories/issue I've create, with a non-deterministic mashup of title and description…

    Hi,
    We are checking the scenario that you have mentioned. We do have the immediate notification in case the internet is completed turned off.
    However, in this case it looks like the Authorization was required and we may need to enhance the functionality to cover such cases.

    This is always high priority for us to ensure customer data is saved and experience is smooth, we will analyze further and fix this asap.

  7. Allow stories and issues to be associated with multiple projects

    I'm a web developer. I have a few cases where one company has 3 sites that are almost the same, such that i find myself fixing the same bugs on all 3 sites, and making the same stories for all 3 sites.

    We need to have a way to apply a story and issue to multiple projects.

    For instance, if a manager tells me "I want to have you change the logo on all of our programs", with each program being a project i'd have to enter that story multiple times for each one.

    Also, if a bug is found…

  8. Better advance search option. Away to add "exclusions"

    i.e.

    If I search for "sampleText" it returns 1000 results. But these results are too big to browse to.

    As a user, I would like to search for this value "sampleText" and exclude this value "exclusionText" from the results/search.

  11. Reporting/Quotes/Customer Reports.

    Better reporting for non-agile uses such as:

    (1) Task/Issue listing with details.
    (2) Time report for us in payroll and billing.
    (3) Ability to make custom reports. If I could do a quote to the client Yodiz would be the perfect product for life.

  12. Show the individual story points on the sprint board story cards

    On the sprint board it would be helpful to see the individual story points in the header section of the story card instead of requiring user to click on the card to see the value.

  13. Please add ability to see additional fields in each task and user story in the TO-DO

    I'd like to see the TO DO board with fields: person responsible (instead of a hover to see the details, it would be nice to see the detail fields on the board itself)

  16. Ability to add your own templates to suit your needs

    I would like the ability to add new templates for user stories, epics, issues etc. Currently there are a few template options but there is no way to customise them or add new ones.

  17. Ability to add other team members to a task (i.e. if collaboration is needed between specific people for brainstorming solutions)

    If collaboration/a meeting is needed between multiple team members the time can be tracked for each team member involved....the task will be represented by the number of hours (or points) but the reporting will show the person and time (or points) estimated.

  18. slack integration - allow creating tasks from within slack

    The current slack integration assumes we want changes made in yodiz pushed to slack.

    We'd prefer the opposite; the ability to have tasks created within the slack channel and pushed to yodiz. Is this available?

  19. Allow for unlimited Collaborator users, whom can not edit items, but they can view and comment.

    It would be great to enable us to have Users that are just clients who can see their own resources and comment, but not edit those resources. Wrike calls these Collaborators and they don't use up your allotted seats.

    This would allow a client to keep track of projects so that the "Are you done yet?!" "What are you doing with my website?!" calls and emails would stop.

    If they can comment, it provides a less confrontational [than a phone call or email] space to help effect development or compliment developers.

    I realise this may go against your business model…

  20. Fully customizable keyboard shortcuts

    Allow us to set up our own keyboard shortcuts. so that vim users, emacs users and window/apple users could work comfortably with out a mouse.
