  1. Planning Board sorting of backlog items

    I would like to sort the planning board items specifically in the backlog by ID, Title, Priority, Status, Points, or etc. so I can find the most important items quickly to add to each sprint or release.

  2. Be able to archive epics

    In large projects you should be able to archive old epics (or close them like old sprints).

    Another way could be to add a filter so you can filter out the implemented epics.

  3. Make the Project Dashboard customizable

    The dashboard now contains more reports but a lot of them are not always interesting, depending on the sprint or project. I would like to hide reports/gauges for certain projects so I see the most relevant information in 1 view.

  4. Restore stories to previous versions of history

    A few times I've mistakenly updated a story's description and couldn't find a way to revert that change.
    I'd be great if you could just go to the history and restore a previous version of the story.

  5. Fix task creation on iPad

    When adding a task to a story on the board, I am able to enter information for a task but when I hit save, it says Loading but then does nothing. The only way to get the new task pop up to go away is to hit Cancel which removes the changes.

  6. More emphasis on describing the work done when logging time.

    I see an "Additional Details" field in the "Log Effort" dialog, but I would need a couple more improvements to make this usable. (followup to https://yodiz.uservoice.com/forums/147983-general/suggestions/8213964-allow-effort-logs-to-have-details-or-comments)

    I want to encourage my team to add descriptions of the work they are doing, while they are doing it. This means that adding comments/descriptions has to be closely integrated with logging time (I'll never convince people to add a comment then add the time every time they want to update a ticket). And the text size for the details shouldn't be too limiting.

    My suggestion:
    1. (bare minimum) Ability to include details…

  8. make possibility to move user stories back to the backlog

    I cannot move the user story I moved to a sprint back to the backlog. Please make it possible.

    This is fixed and released. Now on ScrumBoard (previously TaskBoard) you have option on each user story to “remove from Sprint”, it will move user story back to Backlog.

    characters like . and "space" do not work!

  10. change your pricing model

    So far our team has been using Yodiz for about 2 weeks, and we're liking it quite a bit. In fact, since I manage presales and professional services also, I'm considering adding some more projects to it from those teams. It seems like it would be a good way to manage them.

    However your pricing model is very odd. It's free for the first 5 users, then $3 per user per month for up to 15, then $7 per user per month after that. I would ask if this pricing is gradated (i.e. do the first 5 stay free or…

  12. button to change userstories to bugs and vice versa

    Especially with uservoice-based bugs, sometimes things that should be bugs get assigned as userstories and vice versa. There is no way to reverse the wrong button press.

    The most wide ranging fix for this would be to make it possible to change any userstory or task into a bug.

  13. create better organization for the backlog

    I'd like to be able to see Sprint and Release columns in the backlog list. This way I could find/view backlog items that weren't in either a Sprint or a Release. Also, perhaps an "Icebox" for stories that want to be tracked but are on the "back burner."

    Hi,

    Most of items are now available to Yodiz Reloaded Beta, Planning board has multiple panels to view at a glance, Product backlog, Sprint, and release backlogs. Also, at Product Backlog, you can customize columns to view the information you need.

  14. Add estimated and/or hour left in my To Do List View

    When I look at in my To-Do list, I wanna see how much did I estimate for the task and how much is pending. Do I need to update it or if I wanna prioritize my work and sometimes I wanna work on some quick wins and having estimated and/or hours left in the To Do List View will really help

  15. filter backlog on planning board

    Problem: I am trying to add US from my backlog to the Release but my backlog has a lot of stories that are already in the release and I cant make decisions because I dont know what is already planned for the release and what is not

    I suggest you either:

    1. Filter the backlog when a release is selected to only show items that are NOT in a release.

    or

    1. Have an indicator that they are already planned for a release

    This applies to the backlog page as well. Knowing which are planned for a release already would really help

  16. Add validator field for issues

    It is unusual to validate your own bugs. It would be awesome to add a validator field that allows to assign the bug to anybody on the project. By default it should be blank

    Allow users to add/remove and reorder teh dashboard....i.e. dont display bugs at all, have burndown at the top and so on

  18. allow choosing of columns and sorting on columns

    In various views, namely the product backlog and issue tracker, it's often frustrating not to view certain details (like which sprint or release an item belongs to). It would be helpful to be able to choose columns and sort based on any column.

    The issue is exacerbated when you open a story or issue 3/4 of the way down the page to view its details and then get reset back to the top of the page after closing the modal... then you have to search for your place when doing things like making sure everything is in a Sprint or…

    Whoever is responsible for the UI interface and thought screens and functionality is a genius. I wish I could connect with the team. You guys understand what the user wants and present it beautifully. I just signed up and the screens and everything JUST MAKE SENSE. Normally I try so many of these programs and none of them really UNDERSTAND what we need, so you think well better if i made the thing myself, but you guys have done it. Amazing. Thank you. Now I'll try to use it and give you some more feedback.

  20. Show epic names in product backlog

    Please show the epic name in the product backlog view instead of EP-4. If my epic name is too long it is my problem. It is too much trouble to remember that EP-4 means "website optimization".
