Permit using Gravatar (or their social media profile icon) for user icons
Gravatar is easy to integrate - it's just a link pointing to your own icon. For example, this is me: https://en.gravatar.com/laurisvan
Alternatively, for persons using Google or other authentication methods, they could use their avatar icons in the mentioned services.
