Your interface looks good, many things are nice; but it lacks unity. I feel like there are competing teams working on different parts. The biggest problem is having huge layout changes on screens. Some are narrow, some are full-width of window. The way every form is put in pop-ups is also not very nice; but still okay. I hope you consider reducing the amount of different screens and bring some unity.
