Allow task board to filter by Assigned To: No User
E.g. on the page http://app.yodiz.com/plan/pages/task-board.vz I should be able to pick "No User" from the "Assigned To" dropdown. I'm trying to find stuff that hasn't been assigned to anyone.

Thanks for the feedback, the No User filter is now added at ReleaseBoard.
