To add user to multiple projects, follow these steps

1. Click on Administration (from top right settings icon).
2. Choose User Directory option from left menu.
3. For each user in the list you see option "Manage Projects and Roles"
4. Click on above link and in pop-up you can add this user to multiple projects.
5. You can also change user role in the same pop-up.
