Item limits could be more useful
Item limits should allow the user to assign an automated action
e.g. IF item limit > 5 THEN move item to backlog
2 votesWe don’t plan to have such feature at the moment.

Make yodiz save?
My idea is simple, seeing as you've ignored me three times.
I'll just keep sending them until you get professional enough to reply.
When will Yodiz issue saving be fixed?
When it doesn't want to save then you loose the issue log. I've spent many hours entering complex issues to find when I press save that's it. They're lost.Great software, shame it doesn't work.
1 voteWe didn’t get any further updates and Save seems to be working fine, so closing this thread. if you have still questions, please drop us email at support@yodiz.com

Ability to paste clipboard images (inline) with text editor
The editor does fully support copy/pasting images in-line. I have to always save my screenshots to a file to then insert as media or attach as an image to the story.
I would be great to be able to paste images directly from the clipboard into the text editor since our stories heavily rely on screenshots from other tools like balsamiq or lucidchart/visio.

Allow tasks not associated with a story
Allow tasks that are not associated with a story. Maybe not best practice, but sometimes we just need to do some stuff that doesn't tie to a story.
1 voteTasks are kind of “Sub-Tasks” and they need to have parent User Story.
-
Each Task can be related to its own release rather than relyong on one user story.
sometimes we made incremental release for tasks completed in same user story, if all tasks's release were driven by the user story, it is not user friendly for us to keep track of each release and had to break down the user story into multiple or keep on updating the release version but this will also lose the audit trail.

Improve / Simplify interface
Could just be me, but I loathe logging into Yodiz. Don't know what to look at where to go or whats important.
I'm no stranger to project management tools. I use activecollab every day. I thought I'd give yodiz/scrum a try, and while the developers are making it work for them, as an overseer I just feel there's no continuity to the interface.
The issue is likely a lot of feature that we don't use, but is still jammed all over the interface. A good UI knows how to provide the most common features upfront, and keep the advanced features…
4 votesProject Management tools just work with Tasks and Milestones.
Scrum tool requires Backlog, Sprints, User Stories issues etc, so it’s different workflow. Perhaps, user was not familiar with Agile Scrum as mentioned in the feedback.
Yodiz UI and navigation is built to access key functions at single click. -
Offline access via IOS app
It would be great if you could add issues while your internet connection is down via the app: currently the app only works with a connection.

Chat, Groups & Messages Notifications
It seems that your website could be a complex solution, but you have overlooked small things that make parts of it useless. Chat is useless since there is no way to see that someone is writing something without entering the chat (Facebook-like red squares next to the chat icon would be nice). Same applies to messages and posts in groups. A user has no idea that something is happening until he enters a particular discussion group / his messagebox. My team was forced to create a simple phpBB forum and leave to Yodiz dealing with only tasks and issues -…

Events-Groups-Messages on Top Menu
It would be nice if you can add "Events", "Group" or "Messages" on top menu under Discussions. This will give us option to navigate in better manner.

Add faster access to detail view
I'm using detail view quite often and find it troublesome to have to go to a drop down menu to access it. Maybe it's icon could be added next to the comment icon, or you can just double click the selected User story to get to detailed view.
Even better would be to add keyboard shortcuts to most of the actions, which I see is already and suggestion. Up and down arrows to move trough User stories, tasks,...

integrate uservoice to be able to also close UserVoice tickets
It would be nice to be able to have the ability to close from Yodiz the tickets associated from Uservoice.

Create a standalone timer app
Perhaps on Adobe Air? Just something that shows a dropdown of assigned tasks and allows you to start/stop the timer.
