  1. add a mass-move interface to the Issues board

When a sprint ends and we have some open bugs remaining, I need to mass-move them to the new sprint. Right now I have to do them one-by-one on the issues board; there should be an interface where I could check multiple bugs and move them all at once.

  2. Bug - Individual Off Hours Not Saved in Sprint Manager

Each person's individual off hours are not saved. During planning, each person may have their own time off or vacation scheduled, but after you enter each person's off hours and re-enter the Sprint Manager window it is reset to the same number for everyone. The available hours remains correct, but the off hours are not correct after saving. It should not be reset to the last person entered.

  3. Select which fields to view in product backlog list

Currently it is not possible to display a custom field in the product backlog list, it would be nice to be able to choose this

  4. Show amount of comments in backlog

As a product owner, I want to be able to view the amount of comments on a backlog item, so that I can differ between user stories with or without comments.

  5. create a web hook for Github

At present, integrating Yodiz to Github requires each developer to put a post-commit file in each repo. It would be preferable if Yodiz implemented a Web Hook, like this (https://help.github.com/articles/post-receive-hooks), so that I could just define the web hook once for each repo; then the developers themselves wouldn't have to do anything. There probably would have to be some corresponding field in Yodiz for "Github account" to resolve the Github submitter's username to a Yodiz user.

  6. Left side planning board lists should exclude content already in right side list

The planning board process is made quite cumbersome because the left hand list includes items that are in the right side list. This means its impossible to quickly view what left side list content remains unallocated

  7. Planning board doesn't restore last selections

Each time the 'planning board' view is opened the left list and right list selections are null. Each time you have to select the required backlog, release or sprint. This is ponderous.

  8. Bulk edit stories and tasks

Editing stories and tasks one by one is time-consuming. Bulk editing would allow selecting a set of stories and assign an owner, set component, etc.. in a single operation.

  10. Remember burn down chart selection

On the scrum board burn down chart there is a choice between task effort and story points.

It doesn't seem to remember the last choice made. By default I would expect it to display the last selection made.

  11. See all tasks assigned to user(me) regardless of sprint or project

I would very much like to have a view of all the tasks assigned to me, regardless of the project, sprints or the state of the task. Now in my to-do I can only see tasks in progress, but as a project manager and team member i'm involved in multiple sprints in multiple projects and would like to have an overview of all tasks I need to be working on or planning to do. Should also be useful if specific tasks are assigned to be developed for people not included in the planning or directly in the team, like server…

  14. add status filter on planning board to allow listing of just open stories

Using the planning board is quite cumbersome since you have to scroll through all the stories whatever there state.
The user experience would be improved if there were a 'story status' filter on the lists. This would allow the selection of one or more story states.

  16. Automatically refresh the scrum board periodically to show recent updates

Currently, the only way to see recent updates on the scrum board while you are viewing the board is to refresh the browser. While we are in planning, team members are adding tasks at the same time. The only way to see their updates is to refresh the browser. Can this be done automatically or provide a refresh button option?

  17. Add Comments and Attachments to Epic

We miss to have the option of adding comments and attachments to epics itself. It would be very useful if the epic page holds more than a description but allows for tracking comments and attachments such as high-level diagrams, PDFs, images etc. This would make it easier to track and follow the development of epics as well and put them in context.

  18. focus and remove all the extra.

Yodiz is currently full of features. So full that it is daunting. And all the ui's work differently. I suggest you look at your usage data. And remove everything that people are not using. They are just extra complexity.

  19. create better organization for the backlog

I'd like to be able to see Sprint and Release columns in the backlog list. This way I could find/view backlog items that weren't in either a Sprint or a Release. Also, perhaps an "Icebox" for stories that want to be tracked but are on the "back burner."

    Hi,

Most of items are now available to Yodiz Reloaded Beta, Planning board has multiple panels to view at a glance, Product backlog, Sprint, and release backlogs. Also, at Product Backlog, you can customize columns to view the information you need.

    Best Regards,
    Yodiz Support Team

  20. "Advance" should read "Advanced" on Add Custom Fields page

...and anywhere else where you have an "Advanced" menu. :)
