Enable urls in comments
I often use a screen capture or record a video to show an idea for a story or to document a bug. I'd like to add a link to the screen shot or recording in comments and have the link be live and open up a new tab

On Sprint Board, Issue Tracker and Backlog, if you use comment widget it has rich text support and can easily create links now.
