auto follow on action
We're having a little bit of trouble finding a good process for managing issues. The biggest problem is it's hard to get updates about the progress of a ticket. There is a follow feature but it's very hidden in the interface, and you have to remember to follow.
What we'd love to see is that if you interact with an issue, you automatically become a follower. It'd make much more sense to get notified more and then have to unfollow something you're not interested in to not be notified at all about something.
Our process flow is typically:
1.) Identify a bug/issue
2.) File it as assigned to the manager of our development team to cause him to be notified.
3.) Manager re-assigns to developer who becomes notified and knows to work on it.
4.) Developer fixes it.
5.) Manager reviews.
6.) Initial report does final review and then pushes out or asks it to be pushed out to production.
The above is problematic to do without contacting outside of yodiz because it's just too hard to make sure you follow a bug so that you get updates.

Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. We have already implemented option to add manually the followers/watchers, so it's kind of CC list. Every update on the bug will be notified to all the users in CC list. This feature will be made available end of next week, with our release update.
So far we had Followers feature, which enabled individuals to mark the bugs they would like to follow, but as you have correctly mentioned, not everybody remembers to follow the bug.
So hopefully this CC - List will resolve this issue, as the reporter, manager or anybody could just mark the users who should receive all the updates. CC List is part of Issues, User Stories and Tasks Modal.
We will also evaluate now the auto follow thing as it seems interesting way to dynamically update CC list.
Best Regards,
