add the ability to interact via email
Have the ability to create a ticket or reply to an email to post a comment, etc via email. That way, (PMs) specifically can interact just by replying to an email.
This feature has been implemented for a while now, please check this article for more details.

Just saw this feature released in Yodiz. It looks quite useful. Our workflow involves putting created user stories into sprints though. Pretty much no user story in the backlog gets any attention.
If the created user story always goes into back log that means I'd still have to log into yodiz to edit the story instead of being done after sending the e-mail.
Would love to set key fields using just email (e.g. sprint, owner, effort).
