Allow to change the user story priority per drag&drop in Planning Board

As a new user to yodiz, while using the planning board and according the mouse icon when you grabbed a story, I expected that it's possible to sort/change the priority of the stories within a sprint. But currently it's not possible. Result: confused user.

    Sorry that it has taken bit longer to release some changes in a while. Actually we are changing somearchitecture things and moving to JQuery based light weight UI and that's why such things have taken more than expected.

    We hope to release new UI for issue tracker in 1-2 weeks and after that all other changes will follow more quickly for Agile boards.
