Freeform time inputs (estimate / time left)
It is easier to type in time than select from a list, especially that list is very long. Maybe a combo (edit & list in one widget) would make it?

The 15 min intervals would be much better, same as Ania, I often have issues that take less than 30 min to resolve. It seems a bit silly that there are 2 different ways of inputting time.
Why not implement the same time insertion method for time spent as time estimated?

Sure, for effort logging, we will put the interval to 15 minutes.
The free form of input is being considered, earlier it had some issues, so we turned it off but now we can evaluate again and hopefully can bring this feature very soon.

Maybe two input fields (hour and minutes) with + and - signes for each one. Something similat to selecting time on Android for example.
Btw, I often have bug with fixing times shorter than half an hour :( Can you at least introduce 15 minutes option
