Support languages other than English

Support other languages, Russian, for example :)

At present time "Sprint Title" and "User Name" can't contain characters from languages other than English. Entered values displays as question marks (?) after saving.

We have now introduced the support for Russian language. Some fields might have issue as Russian language requires more characters. This will be fixed in next release.

    At the moment we support most of European languages like Danish, Finnish, French etc. Languages that require special support like Russian is still in pipeline. So in future this may be supported.
