  1. Add 'component' column to backlog list

Seems dumb not to have a backlog list showing the 'component' column. Ideally the list display should include a facility to choose what columns to display.

    Hi,

The component column is now visible in Backlog.

We are working on some front end improvements on Backlog and may be able to offer option to decide what columns user would like to see in Backlog, making it very light weight and flexible.

    Best Regards,

If a session is expired, I can loose my modifications easily. Please change it back to the time when session never expired.

  3. Bug Fix: Search and pagination in the backlog

At the moment, if you go to the backlog and change pages (lets say you go to page 2) and then search for a user story, even if the stories exist the backlog displays no results or the add a user story button.

I think its trying to apply the pagination even thou the user just made a new search and the page index should be reset back to the first page of his new search.

  4. Would like to see a dashboard report or any report that shows stories by Component

Projects have stories that belong to components. I need to see on a project (and sprint), what stories are going on per component. In addition, would be good to add the component column to the Backlog screen as well.

  5. Can you make the interface more responsive to user input?

Your software looks really nice, but it seems to take a long time to redraw pages after I make an update. I think it would be frustrating to use compared to some other apps that react nearly instantaneously.

  6. Allow export of timesheet details

Our team handles multiple projects, and for financial/project accounting purposes need to report on the time spent per project per developer per day.

With the exported fine grained details, we can then slice and dice the data to provide customized reports for our management.

  7. auto follow on action

We're having a little bit of trouble finding a good process for managing issues. The biggest problem is it's hard to get updates about the progress of a ticket. There is a follow feature but it's very hidden in the interface, and you have to remember to follow.

What we'd love to see is that if you interact with an issue, you automatically become a follower. It'd make much more sense to get notified more and then have to unfollow something you're not interested in to not be notified at all about something.

    Our process flow is typically:
    1.) Identify…

  8. Add a sort function to the issue tracker

Currently you have provided a filter function which displays the bugs in the selected severity. However it would be useful to be able to sort/list the issues in severity order so that all can be seen/reviewed

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback, the following sort functions are now done for Issue Tracker

    - By Last Modified date
    - By Created on date
    - By Severity
    - By Responsible

  9. A "Time Sheet" that spanned multiple projects would be great...

We have truly one team (about a dozen devs). But we have several "projects". Many members span many projects. It would be extremely helpful to have a TimeSheet to review that spanned across all projects.

  11. Display localized time when logging time to a task

When logging time to a task via the task board, the time displayed is still GMT and not localized to time zone.

Also, given the distributed nature of teams, it might be helpful to have timezones per user and not per project.

    Thanks!

  12. Add holidays/non-working days

It would be nice to have the option to set a certain day as 'holiday' or 'non-working day' for a sprint, so we don't have to calculate the number of hours all team-members are 'unavailable'.

  13. Response Front-End

I very much would like to use this service, but the interface implementation is very limiting and (please don't be insulted) a decade or more away from current standards.

It would not take much effort to move the interface into a responsive implementation... .keeping your current design concepts is not an issue.

The win-win would be that you would then be able to allow people on mobile devices (phones/tablets) and PCs full access to your otherwise great service.

  14. Add status of "Roadblock"

User stories or tasks could have a roadblock in order to complete them. Currently there is no way to flag or mark a user story as being roadblocked to indicate that progress can't continue.

  15. Make the details box in a user story less retardedly small!

It's frigging tiny! You allocate far more screen space to miscellaneous custom fields than to the actual details of the story, which is surely the most important thing about the story - what you're actually doing....

    Hi,

Area of details box is now increased to reasonable level on pop-up and full page views.
Just as side note: In near future, we plan to make it resize-able

  16. Display the number of comments on the user story tile so you can tell if someone commented

As a user I want to be able to see if someone has added a comment on the user story. Currently you can't tell if there is a comment or not as the status doesn't change when one is added.

  17. Time tracking for "to do" entries

Right now it is really complicated to enter time entry for an item, especially "to do" list is partialy using old design (when you click view/edit button - it opens old form where you can only enter estimate and not time spent). When you click task/bug name on "to do" list it opens better/newer view but as complately separate huge view and then you have to go back to the list.

Bottom footer has this great "to do list' button as well...it would be perfect place to log time spent on these tasks and right now the only option there…

  18. Make it possible to stay informed on tasks and bugs you create

When you create a task or bug now and it's assigned to someone else, it's near impossible to track how that task is doing without following the project's backlog and scrum board tightly.

It would be nice if you could make it possible to get notifications (e-mail at the very least, but SMS, Twitter, etc., would be cool) on changes to tasks and bugs you've created. An added bonus would be to get these notifications not only on "your" bugs and tasks, but on any bug and task you've been involved in (made a comment on, been assigned to, etc).

  19. Have "remember me" actually remember me

It would be nice if the "Remember me" checkbox on the login page actually "remembered me". At least for more than the 24 hours or so it seems to remember me now. Having to log in every day is an unnecessary nuisance.

On top of that, not using an HTML label for the "Remember me" text, so you actually have to click the 10 x 10 pixel small checkbox (and not the much larger accompanying text) makes the nuisance even worse.

    Please do something about this.

    Hi,

We have now made the “Remember me” label click able.

It seems to work fine, kindly share your browser and OS version so we can investigate further. Please send this info to support@yodiz.com

“Remember me” is reset when we patch server for some issue fix or make new release and it happens probably after 2-3 weeks.

    Best Regards,
    Yodiz Support Team

  20. Get rid of the span on Customer Feedback.

It's really important for the people that use this product to feel safe. It's kind of hard to accomplish that when, on the support feedback system you have so many spam. Plus, obviously, the spam is a killer regarding costumer support. Just helping.

Thanks for the feedback, we have removed the spam and we are in process of migrating our Knowledge Center / Support Center to a brand new system with more than 300 questions and help articles, we hope to make it live next week, some of the draft articles are already available at http://www.yodiz.com/help

So in coming days there will be no more spam on our knowledge center/support center.

    Best Regards,
    Yodiz Support Team
