  1. add the ability to interact via email

    Have the ability to create a ticket or reply to an email to post a comment, etc via email. That way, (PMs) specifically can interact just by replying to an email.

  2. Time Sheet suggestion

    User Report - In the "Detail" column when you click "View"...

    It would be more helpful if this showed more task detail than just the identifier. Task desc and hours entered would be sweet.

  3. Allow Project Admins to create custom Task States

    Our development cycle means a task is not complete unless it has been tested. It'd be really great to add extra status to a task.
    At the moment you have New, In Progress and Done - but it would be nice to add Implemented.

  4. Allow design customizations for projects / companies

    It would be nice if you could change some of the styling of your projects. Maybe at least a few templates to choose from, I'm not so fond of purple.

  5. accept my thanks

    Whoever is responsible for the UI interface and thought screens and functionality is a genius. I wish I could connect with the team. You guys understand what the user wants and present it beautifully. I just signed up and the screens and everything JUST MAKE SENSE. Normally I try so many of these programs and none of them really UNDERSTAND what we need, so you think well better if i made the thing myself, but you guys have done it. Amazing. Thank you. Now I'll try to use it and give you some more feedback.

  6. add filters to backlog

    make it possible to filter backlog according to epic/resource/points/items with no dependencies.

    Backlogs get huge. fast. and they contain stuff for different resources and with dependencies. The simple "higher is more important" ideology is too naive for realworld cases.

  7. Event

    Hi All,

    We have just started using Events in YODIZ system. We do not receive any email notification if any new Event has been added/updated into the system.

    Also it does not provide any option to upload document from local system. It would be nice, if you provide such facility.

  9. Implement better editor in story edit mode

    Add more features to the editor and make the input area resizable and/or bigger.

    Editor features missing:
    - resizable input area
    - font size selection
    - apply standard formatting
    - edit hyperlinks
    - source view

    Currently the editor sometimes displays different font sizes and there is no way to reset the size to standard.

  10. Show epic names in product backlog

    Please show the epic name in the product backlog view instead of EP-4. If my epic name is too long it is my problem. It is too much trouble to remember that EP-4 means "website optimization".

  11. fix the pricing page

    The slider on the pricing page doesn't work on both Chrome and IE. Obviously there's something wrong with that. Combining this with the fact that the application is currently down, this really doesn't create trust.

  12. Mouse over dashboard to display "Team Pulse" and "To Do" options

    I just found the To Do list yesterday and seems pretty great, Be nice if when I mouse over the dashboard it would display the options like when i Mouse over Issue Tracker or Agile so i can select "To Do" list and avoid that extra click of selecting the "Dashboad" and then the "To Do" list

  14. Total estimated and completed hours according to tasks assigned

    It would useful that we had in views To Do list and All Task, the total estimated and completed hours, because after we had already planned, some members have more workload than others, after that we try distribute workload.

  15. Create a timer accessible from the Tasks notifications bar

    Create a task timer that is accessible from the notifications bar. Currently has start/finish, would be nice to also have the timer there.

  16. allow choosing of columns and sorting on columns

    In various views, namely the product backlog and issue tracker, it's often frustrating not to view certain details (like which sprint or release an item belongs to). It would be helpful to be able to choose columns and sort based on any column.

    The issue is exacerbated when you open a story or issue 3/4 of the way down the page to view its details and then get reset back to the top of the page after closing the modal... then you have to search for your place when doing things like making sure everything is in a Sprint or…

  18. Allow users Edit dashboard

    Allow users to add/remove and reorder teh dashboard....i.e. dont display bugs at all, have burndown at the top and so on

  19. Make your application's load time and response time faster.

    Your application is great. But it takes 9s to load a page from scratch and about half that if its not from scratch...

    There is lots of room for improvements you can do, some are:

    Minification for your js, configure caching, use sprites, optimize your images, bundle styles and js, etc.

    Please, please, please... make it faster... I really love your product but it hurts to see new features added when the ones already in place are not performing at its best.

    We have made number of improvements in different areas and hopefully performance is good now at major parts of the application.

    Yodiz works best at Firefox and Chrome.
