  2. Freeform time inputs (estimate / time left)

    It is easier to type in time than select from a list, especially that list is very long. Maybe a combo (edit & list in one widget) would make it?

  3. change your pricing model

    So far our team has been using Yodiz for about 2 weeks, and we're liking it quite a bit. In fact, since I manage presales and professional services also, I'm considering adding some more projects to it from those teams. It seems like it would be a good way to manage them.

    However your pricing model is very odd. It's free for the first 5 users, then $3 per user per month for up to 15, then $7 per user per month after that. I would ask if this pricing is gradated (i.e. do the first 5 stay free or…

  4. have a locale setting (for dates and such)

    Dates currently represent themselves European-style (like DD/MM/YYYY). Here in the US we generally use MM/DD/YYYY. I'd like to be able to set my project or company locale so that dates format themselves in my local convention (it could also affect the language of the interface).

    This has been implemented few weeks ago but probably we forgot to update the status of this feature.
    Now you can go to Project Settings, edit details to setup your project locale and timezone.

  6. fix the assignment dropdown on the Kanban wall

    On my team of 5, assigning users to tasks is a tad strange. The dropdown gives me a box where users are scattered all over it. It would be nice if this box were ordered a little better, and also if it were a little more space-efficient -- maybe just a normal-ish dropdown list with a filter textbox up top so I could just start typing "B" for Benjamin, hit enter, and boom, the assignment is done.

  7. add a visual indicator to the Kanban board for comments

    At present, if a task has a comment on it, there's no way to tell except to click on the comments icon. The comments icon should change in some way (for instance, have a number in it indicating the number of comments) if there are comments on a task.

  8. Fix copy text on features page

    The features page on yodiz.com has some weird copy text which goes like this "Everybody faces problem that, there is no tracking of issues related to user stories or sprints". It's kind of confusing... while the idea behind the text can be understood, I think it isn't proper english and it somewhat damages the reputation of the application. Something like "Everyone faces the problem of tracking the relationship between issues and user stories or sprints" could be more appropriate.

    Thanks it has been fixed.
    There is certain disadvantage of not being native speaker, so we are going to get some professional support to review contents on our website and improve English.

  9. Make the UI more elegant and less busy

    Right now the UI is a little confusing and the slow speed does not help the exploration. A lot of information is crowed in little space and it is not clear at a glance what is more important. Take a look at Acunote and Pivotal Tracker.

  11. improve the English on www.yodiz.com and its subpages

    One of the things that initially gave me pause when signing up for Yodiz was the awkward English on many of the pages (for instance on the pricing page -- "More than expectations, for Free" is a very awkward heading).

    Although I realize that the developers of Yodiz may not be native English speakers (and to be fair, most of the English on your website is pretty decent), little linguistic details like this can make a company seem like it's a fly-by-night operation rather than a real business concern.   12. Initial "time left" from estimate

    When estimate is being set for task, initial "time left" should be also set to the same value. Otherwise burndown chart starts from zero and when you move the task to "in progress" you set initial "time left" and then burndown bumps up.

  13. to include the possibility to use story point instead of hours

    using hours is not really accurate sometimes I prefer user story points to estimate the backlog will be nice if it could be possible

  15. Pass an epic from one project to another

    AS sometime all the epics (or part of them) in a project are not completed, it will be nice to have the chance to create a new project from them or to add them to another project

    If tasks can depend on each other, you can auto-organize them and calculate the actual estimated time of completion for the user story and highlight critical paths.

  19. allow a user (on a single email address) to "belong" to multiple companies and projects.

    Right now, yodiz does not allow me to be in different companies at the same time. Currently, I cannot even move from an old company to another one.

    As a freelance programmer or software tester, I may belong to multiple companies and projects at the same time.
